Common Stem / Concept campaign
For no occasion.
Sell a limited spring collection through preorders that the studio can fulfill reliably.
Campaign concept, art direction, ecommerce & email

The audience
Local customers buying spring flowers for someone else or for their own home.
The idea
Flowers do not always need a big reason. I would use that simple idea to introduce the spring collection, then make the bouquet choice and pickup details easy to understand.
The creative
Launch email & shop.

The campaign plan
How I’d put it to work.
I’d confirm bouquet options and pickup capacity before promotion. The launch email and social posts would send people to the same collection, with availability updated as orders came in.
What I’d measure
I’d track completed preorders and the margin left after acquisition costs. Pickup questions would show where the order confirmation needs to be clearer.
What I’d adjust
If people browse without ordering, I’d check bouquet sizes, prices, and collection details before changing the creative.
The identity behind the campaign.
